Order Types & Production Timeline

Made-to-Order Items: Most StarStruck products – including suits and tracksuits – are custom made for each order. Unless an item is explicitly labeled “Ready to Ship” on our website, you should assume it is made-to-order. These custom items are individually hand-crafted and require approximately 2 to 6 weeks for production, subject to material availability and the complexity of the design. Please note that production begins soon after your order is confirmed, so cancellations are not permitted once work has started. We will keep you updated on the progress, and once your custom piece is finished, it will be shipped out immediately.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Ready-to-Ship products are pre-made items available for immediate fulfillment. If an item is marked “Ready to Ship,” it is in stock and will typically be dispatched within 7 business days of your purchase. You can expect a tracking number as soon as the item leaves our facility. Ready-to-ship items let you enjoy StarStruck style without the usual production wait time, but they are less common – most of our catalog is custom-made to ensure you get a unique piece.
Shipping Expectations
For all orders, once your item is shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout. We primarily ship from our U.S. facilities and provide worldwide shipping options. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order is on its way. Please be aware that made-to-order purchases will only ship after the 2–6 week production period. In contrast, ready-to-ship orders will leave our warehouse within a week (business days) from ordering. If your order contains both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items, the ready-to-ship items may be held and shipped together once the custom items are complete (we will communicate if there are any deviations). Our goal is to deliver your StarStruck items as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.
All Sales Final – No Refunds
All sales with StarStruck are final. Due to the custom nature of our products and the considerable resources devoted to crafting each piece, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is considered a final sale. This policy applies to both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items. We encourage you to double-check your order details (sizes, colors, and any custom specifications) before submitting payment to ensure everything is correct. Made-to-Order Items – Final Sale Conditions
Made-to-order items are custom-made exclusively for you, and as such they are not eligible for returns or exchanges in the usual course of business. Once a made-to-order item has entered production, it cannot be canceled or changed, and after delivery it cannot be returned. StarStruck reserves the right to minimal discretionary leeway in exceptional circumstances – for example, if there is a documented production error or defect in your custom item. In such rare cases of a clear mistake on our end, we will review the issue and work with you on a resolution (which may include repair or replacement of the item). Outside of these extraordinary situations, made-to-order purchases are strictly final sale.
Exchange Policy
Because we stand behind our quality control, exchanges are only permitted if StarStruck made an error in fulfilling your order. This means the only scenario where an exchange will be considered is if we shipped you the wrong item, size, or a product with a manufacturing defect, compared to what you ordered. For example, if you ordered a Medium and we accidentally sent a Small, or if a custom suit was produced in the incorrect measurements not matching your order specifications, we will correct the mistake. In such cases, please contact us promptly upon receiving the product so we can arrange for the exchange or fix. We may require you to provide clear photos or other documentation of the issue for verification.
Important notes about exchanges:

No Exchanges for Change of Mind or Sizing Issues Not Caused by StarStruck: We do not accept exchanges or returns for situations such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind about the style/color, or any issue that is not due to a fault on our part. Process for Eligible Exchanges: If an exchange is approved due to a StarStruck error, we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item (at our expense). The correct item will then be produced or shipped to you as soon as possible. We will cover any additional shipping costs in such cases.

No Restocking Fees: StarStruck does not charge any restocking fees for exchanges. In the unlikely event that a return is authorized (only when we determine an exchange or return is the appropriate resolution for a verified mistake), you will not be charged any restocking or processing fees. Our goal is to make it right when we are at fault, without extra cost or hassle for you.
