Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply select the product you want and click the 'Buy Now' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information, and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible! Checkout is secured by PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX.

For tracksuit and custom tracksuit orders, please make sure that you enter your jacket size, waist, and inseam measurements during the checkout process to ensure the best fit.

 

Q: What measurements do I need to provide for tracksuit and custom suits?

A: To get started with production, please provide your jacket size, waist, and inseam measurements for the pants. Check our guide here

Fabric is purchased within the first 24 hours from the time the order is placed. However, we are unable to complete production unless these measurements are provided. Failure to provide this information will cause a delay in completion and extend production time. 

 

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you place your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. Please take note of our production times before an order gets shipped out.

 

Q: Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?

A: Yes, if the order is not a tracksuit.

If your product is damaged or doesn’t work as described, just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the product, and we will make arrangements that will work for you. We offer exceptional support.

Q: Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If the product does not meet your expectations or if you find any damages, contact us immediately. We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. Simply reach out to us, and we'll get it addressed!

 

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A: We do not accept refunds for shipped tracksuit orders. If you find an issue with the product, please reach out to us so we can review the problem. We are happy to redo the suit for you if necessary.  Please check our Refund+ Production + Shipping Info section.

 

Redo Fees for Tracksuit Orders Only

For tracksuits that do not fit well due to incorrect measurements shared during the ordering process, we offer a redo service with a fee of $80 for a jacket and $80 for pants, including shipping.

If both items need to be redone, the total fee is $160, also inclusive of shipping. We’re pleased to provide this service at a significantly reduced rate, which is 70% less than the usual tracksuit price. This fee covers the cost of shipping and the new fabric required.

Additionally, you are welcome to keep the current piece you receive without needing to arrange any returns.

 

Managing Expectations on Colors

Please note that there may be slight differences in actual colors versus the pictures due to lighting conditions during product photoshoots. We strive to present our products as accurately as possible, but variations can occur.
